Payment & Delivery Information
At the end of your order processing the website will take you to paypal to process your order, we use paypal to ensure all security online when your processing all payments.
We have three payment options, we accept:
- Bank Transfer
- Card - we do have an eftpos machine that processes all card trasactions, if you wish to process paying by card directly, please place your order using bank transfer and follow the instructions through to contact us to process your order over the phone.
Direct payments, such as bank transfer and credit card payments are to be prcoessed within 48hrs. If you do not contact us within that time frame, your order will be cancelled.
We do ship/post Nationwide and do as per Australian Post Office postage requirments. Most of our wholesale items will be sent to you accordingly via the Australian Post tracked parcel satchel OR buy Flate rate shipping provided for certain items, if you choose so.
If you choose to pay for flate rate shipping, we will not be held accountable for lost or damaged goods. All our products are packaged efficiently. Unfortunately, we do not offer refund on lost postage and to ensure that you receive your order we have the optional tracked parcel post option to ensure that you receive your item. Unfortunately we can only quote you what we are quoted through Australian Post.
When you order from Tinytotsmumsnlots, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified and can check your order status if you log into your account online. You will also be emailed the tracking information for your order's shipment (provided that we are supplied it by the supplier) with instructions on the email on how to track you order.
Our shipping agents have warehouses ranging from within Australia (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Cairns).
If you are cairns local, we are more than happy to organise collection drop off. There is a special discount code that can be used for locals to remove shipping cost. Use Code: LOCAL. Just write a message and email/phone number for us to contact to organise pick up/drop off.

* We will not execpt responsibilty for incorrect details being provided to us at the time of order. If in this instance arises, we shall do our best to claim back your order, some of our dropshippers MAY give the option of redelivery which will entail a re-delivery fee, however this is not always the case.
* Tinytotsmumsnlots is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after check out, or mistakes made by buyers.
* Please also be aware that some of our products are within a drop shipping agreement with a supplier in which we onsell that specific product to a customer. Therefore delivery on these specific items can take a bit longer due to payment processing with the supplier, however 99% of the time payments are put through quickly and orders are sent within 48 hours. Our Aim, as is our supplierrs, is to get your order to you within a timely fashion. These items are shipped via a reilable source.
* With the Drop-shipping, some orders may be split as some products we sell inhouse and hold stock onsite and other products are with suppliers. This is only natural in the Drop-shipping ordering process.
Refunds and Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns on any products, unless we have sent you an item in error. Our products are of the highest quality, source through the best suppliers. None of our onsite products leave without a thorough check over. All our onsite products are as you see online and we would not send you out a faulty products.
Please be aware that we do not hold stock onsite for our dropship prducts and should there be any issue with your product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email to email@example.com and we shall therefore contact the dropshipping agent to resolve the issue at best.
Most, if not ALL of our drop shipping agents are more than compliant and have their own procedure dealing with faulty products or warranty issues. It is merely our job to handle all communications with both the dropshipping agent and the customer for warranty issues. Once you have contacted us we shall lodge a claim once we have the details from you, the customer. Our Dropshipping agent will provide us a return code/instructions for the product and address for you the customer to send to them, then they can ship the replacement directly to them, in most cases.
